Interested in Becoming a Curator?
We're always keeping an eye out for people with a sharp eye of their own — and a real love of old things.
Complete the Curator Interest FormWe're Accepting New Curators in October 2026
Confirm your interest by signing a Curator Agreement by September 25, 2026.
- No charge for the month of October 2026. If we're able to get set up by the 2nd or 3rd week of October, all sales will help Curators cover their November 2026 space rental.
- $3.50 per square foot, plus a Community Garden Area — no charge to Curators, with everyone limited to items in this area proportional to the number of Curators.
- One day work commitment per month for each Curator. This day may be used to work your own space, provided customers remain the priority.
- Curators will have an option to work more days per month. A credit of House Consignments will be applied proportional to the number of full days worked by all Curators (outside of the 1 day commitment). The credit is 20% of the 50% Consignment Fee of House Consignment sales only.
- Curator work stations will be provided — PC, printer, label printer, labels, furniture touch ups, and cleaning supplies.
- We will promote all Curator spaces on our website and Facebook Marketplace under our page only.
- Curators are encouraged to market their own business and specialties with promotional materials in their space. We will also include your contact information on our website should customers want to reach out to you directly for services or other pieces you have that interest them not at the store.
- 10% commission for all items listed and in the Store.
Do You Have What It Takes?
Our curators come from all kinds of backgrounds. What they share is this:
A Trained Eye
You can spot solid construction, real provenance, and honest wear — and you know the difference between a flaw and a feature.
A Love of the Hunt
Estate sales, auctions, flea markets — you're the type who can't drive past one without stopping.
Follow-Through
Sourcing is one thing. Researching, pricing, and getting a piece floor-ready is another. We need both.
Bring Your Own Expertise
Our current curators cover furniture, jewelry, glass, and mid-century design — but we're always open to a new specialty, whether that's vintage toys, coins, textiles, or something we haven't thought of yet.
